Is there really a free plan?
Yes — the Free plan lets you send up to 10 invoices a month to 5 clients with PDF export, free forever, no credit card required. Upgrade only when you outgrow it.
Are invoices GST-ready for India?
Yes. Add your GSTIN and per-line tax rates, and Scale Invoice calculates CGST/SGST/IGST and totals automatically. You can also switch tax off for non-GST billing.
Can I put recurring invoices on autopilot?
On Pro and Business, set a weekly, monthly or custom schedule and Scale Invoice generates and sends each cycle for you, then sends automatic reminders for anything overdue.
Do you charge per user / per seat?
