Terms of Service
Last updated August 2026
These terms govern your access to and use of Scale Invoice. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Your account
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service, and you agree to provide accurate account information.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — no unlawful billing, fraud, infringement, attempts to breach security, or resale of the service without permission. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk.
3. Plans & billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are stated on the pricing page and are exclusive of applicable taxes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your settings; changes take effect as described at checkout.
4. Your content & data
You retain ownership of the invoices, client details and other data you add. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (for example, to store and render your invoices). You can export your data at any time.
5. Availability
We work to keep Scale Invoice available and reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scale Us Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
